Coherence can send prompts, transient dictation audio, uploads, retrieved context, answer candidates, and repair context to managed AI, transcription, search, retrieval, storage, identity, billing, email, security, and infrastructure providers when those features are used.
Coherence stores plan-based account, usage, chat, continuity, reliability, repair, audit, document, and diagnostic records so the service can operate, enforce usage, protect against abuse, provide export/deletion support, and improve the Coherence Reliability Engine according to your plan. Product context is segregated from internal Lab evidence and the separate product-improvement plane.
Product-improvement use is off by default on every plan and requires a separate explicit opt-in. Operational telemetry, user audit, security, billing, and legal records remain governed by their own purposes.
Coherence improves reliability but does not guarantee correctness and is not legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, engineering, or other professional advice. By continuing, you agree to the current Privacy Policy and Terms.
